Kicking off the Affiliate Voices video series is Wade Tonkin, affiliate manager for Fanatics.com. He and his team manage about thirty other programs on the ShareASale network. Wade has been in the affiliate marketing industry since 1999, and we discuss his history and some of the stops he made along the way.

The 16-minute video includes his thoughts on what needs to change in the industry, some of the upcoming best sellers for the Major League Baseball season and tips on how affiliates can make more money in 2018. The next opportunity to meet Wade will be at the ShareASale Think Tank in Chicago.

Affiliate Voices is a bi-weekly series hosted by myself and Daniel M. Clark. We interview people with a range of experiences in the affiliate marketing industry. Please be sure to visit our YouTube channel and subscribe. Click the notification bell so you don’t miss any of the interviews, group calls or educational videos this year.

We played it safe and invited a trusted colleague and friend to be our first interview. I’ve promised Daniel the guest list will expand outside our circles, soon[ish]. (That’s not a promise, that’s a threat, given that I know who he has in mind. –Daniel)
