Apogee’s Christen Evans was elected to the Performance Marketing Association’s Board of Directors this week. Each year, PMA members elect new directors to serve a two-year term.
I enthusiastically nominated Christen for her dedication to the growth and success of the industry and her unwavering support for affiliates. She’s an Affiliate Summit Pinnacle award winner, for Affiliate Marketing Advocate of the Year, and she has served on the Affiliate Summit advisory board since 2015. Service on the PMA board is a logical step in Christen’s career path.
Christen is an affiliate manager at Apogee with a focus on our “food/drink and gourmet” niche. She’s accepted some new programs that will broaden her experience in 2020 and she is beloved by her affiliate partners.
We encourage anyone reading this to consider joining the PMA. Whether you are a publisher or an advertiser, the industry needs to hear your voice. Apogee has been a proud Corporate member for many years. Our friend and current board member, Maryellen Garasky of Jane.com wrote about joining the organization, “People want to do business with experts. And, they like to do business with people they enjoy. Imagine how you can benefit if you were both.”
