We manually process each application while considering the relevancy of the applicant, the health and integrity of the overall program, other affiliates, and other e-commerce channels or divisions the merchant may have. To those accepted affiliates we send regular educational newsletters with exciting promotional opportunities.
We push our affiliates to get active with clicks and sales by making ourselves available, handling affiliate communications on behalf of our clients, and providing education in the areas of best practices and promotional methods.
Using our proprietary reports and tools, Apogee monitors trends and red-flags issues as they happen. We ensure coupon usage compliance by the handful of trusted coupon and loyalty affiliates approved to operate in our programs. The referring URL of every sub-affiliate is examined to confirm the origin of the traffic. We look for oddities, like zero-dollar transactions, which include bonuses and two-tier payouts, but which can also alert us to incorrect tracking and shopping cart issues.
Programs on the ShareASale network enjoy the advanced commission rules we have set for clickstream attribution. We protect the hard working bloggers and content affiliates from the loss of commissions when shoppers pick up a cookie from a coupon affiliate at the last minute. Apogee then provides a free audit covering three major areas. First, a 25-point checklist examines every aspect of the program structure. Second, every affiliate that generated a sale in the prior month is analyzed in detail. Third, a two-year program history report covers every major metric and offers insights into top line statistics such as cost per order and return on investment.
Following the audit is a follow-up conversation to discuss recommended changes and a thirty-day project to implement those changes. We then give the merchant a strong strategy with which to move forward and hand back the keys to the program.
Tune-Up Plus Maintenance
Just as a vehicle needs to be maintained after a tune-up, an affiliate program needs maintenance after its tune-up. When a merchant has neither the resources to manage the program after the tune-up nor the funds for Apogee premium management, this package may fit well.
For a low monthly fee, Apogee manually processes affiliate applications, sends newsletters for major announcements, and handles affiliate communications. Paid search and coupon usage is monitored for violations of program rules. A standardized report containing program vitals is sent at the conclusion of the month.
